Meet The Executive Staff
MCD Transportation is a family owned and managed business. Donna Wood, CTB and Dionne Kegley, CTB, daughters of the late M. Cathy Davis, CTB, have both been associated with the company since its inception. Donna’s experience in the traffic department of large manufacturers enables her to understand the need for excellent customer service.
An enhanced computer system and the use of software developed specifically for transportation intermediaries allows MCD to maintain accurate and constantly updated databases.

Donna was raised in a transportation and logisitic business family. Her father was a truck driver and she worked in the family business early on.

M. Cathy Davis, CTB
MCD Founder
(May 2, 1946 – June 16, 2002)
Award-winning professional transportation broker M.Cathy Davis, CTB was founder and president of MCD Transportation, Inc. in Smyrna, TN. The firm operated under her leadership for 16 years.
A life-long advocate of education, Cathy served on the board of directors of Delta Nu Alpha, the national transportation fraternity. Her influence was recognized and acknowledged by a scholarship created in her name that is conferred annually by DNA.
